This app used to what it's intended to do as far as being able to view and download images from my Nikon P900 to my devices, typically my laptop, but also my Mobile when I don't feel like pulling out my bulky laptop. However, after updating to IOS 15 today, I cannot get my camera to connect to my device (6th gen. Mobile in this case).
This is a very simple app, once you figure out how to set the WiFi connection between camera and Mobile. I am using a D7200 and an Mobile Air (4th Gen) running iOS 15.5. The app does exactly what it is supposed to do: let you upload and view photos from your camera to your Mobile or Android. Your files are uploaded as JPGs, even if you use raw files on your camera. The app does not do any cropping, color correction or exposure correction. It gives you a good idea of how your photos look just as you shot them. This is an example of an application that does one thing and does it well. I think so many of the negative reviews are because people expected it to do more than it does.
Works better than snapbridge for my Nikon z6ii. A little basic and boring but it gets the job done. Only issue is the random disconnecting
This used to work somewhat reliably, but reliability has died over the past 2-3 years. It literally won’t work long enough to view more than two or three photos, never mind actually download them. Simply put, this app doesn’t work.
This use to work but seems the devs have abandoned us who need to connect easier to our cameras from our phones and not just an SD card smh
