The plethora of subscription services is overwhelming. I'd be happy to pay so much per page for the extremely occasional fax I need to send. Instead, a free trial. 'Guess they have their economic model.
Careful or you'll be updold into a big pricetag.
They offer sending a fax without starting a plan, pay-as-you-go. Really convenient.
I was able to send a FAX yesterday. Today it made me purchase a second subscription to send a FAX. I am SO frustrated. I do not want to be charged $169 a fax to send to faxes.
I tried repeatedly to cancel during my 'free trial' and all you can do is send an email to support which says that sending this email doesn't constitute a cancellation, then a $169.99 charge shows up on my American Express. I"m having to fight with them to disput this charge since I can't get a reply from an actual human from iFax. I hate this!
