I cant get the device to pair on the app

I have the bactrack c8 And it does not even try to pair to the app

Can’t even use it

Doesn’t grant a username, email doesn’t register despite it literally emailing me, and on top of which is very clunky to use. As for actual usage, I don’t know because it won’t let me use it.

Unable to pair

I cannot get my keychain back track to pair with the app on my Android. I guess I’ll have to send it back. Very disappointed.

Works as expected - great device!

I bought the C8 and it works great! Most of the reviews I’ve read sound like people who maybe don’t read instructions or do any research on the products they buy. If you watch just 1 YouTube video or read an article online, it is totally easy to use and accurate. Wait 30 mins after your last drink and it will be within 0.004% of police-grade breathalyzers (personally tested it against a $400 police issued device). Highly recommend and the app works perfectly on my Android 12 Pro Max running iOS 16 with a nice integration with Google health.

Almost Great…

The App works as described/designed; It is still missing needed functionality. There needs to be the ability to choose estimated BAC to the same decimal point as the readings; Why can’t I guess 0.025? That’s one of the magic numbers. Also, why is there no search option at the top of that cocktail bar menu called a drinks list? Maybe an easy/obvious way to add drinks on a favorites list? I should be able to compare my absorption rate of different brands, I know there is one; But having to use a generic label in not conducive to quick analysis. There should be an OFF or Sleep Mode timeout like in standalone mode. Why does the C6 stay on draining the batteries just because BT is on? Can’t BT handle remote restarts and shutdowns?
