wasted hours

I’m just an average computer user. I have been able to get 4 cameras set up and their video streams recording to the hard disk. cannot begin to view any video using an Mobile. Can only see videos thru hardwired HDMI or VGA. Instructions just assume you know all the terminology and where to find the username or password or Port or whatever.

Update your app! It's worthless. What's the point of having an app if I can't see what's going on around my home? I have the security system to check the house WHEN IM NOT HOME. It works on my TV but not on my phone.

Was working great until date listed above, will not allow me to login to live view pretty much doesn't not respond at all loved the system and the capability it allows you to have !! But now going about purchasing a new system that actually works !! I gave it 3days time to work hasn't so have to move on !!
