I spent over 6 hours of my weekend trying to connect my RP401R to the app. I am very frustrated as the connectivity was one of my primary purchase driver. I can't believe I purchased a brand new digital piano, over 1,150 usd and this thing does not work.
This app does not work. I've done trouble shooting with the manual and Roland with no success. I've updated the app, my piano, and my Mobile but it will not pair. This app was a big selling point for the Roland dealer and was the reason I bought this particular piano as opposed to the previous year model at a deep discount. Very disappointed.
The only aspect of this app that works with the rp400 is the flash card. Connects with ad hoc but not wps.
Current application version doesn't support Roland F-140R. Please update.
WARNING: crippled for the f-20. The digiscore functionality isn't supported, so no playing along to sheet music as in the videos. You can play the built in songs sans score and get flash cards, which every other piano app supports anyway thru the built in Mobile mic. Bought the net gear usb wifi for nothing, total waste of money.
