The application creates a simple graphic, takes a snapshot and sends it along as a tiff graphic; in my test case 1.5MB. The content can't be read by an other application and serves only as a cute reminder. The same effect could be achived using HTML mail (eg a form) retaining the graphical HMI benefits while being machine readable and database compatible.
This app may be good for creating needed work orders. However for Work Orders in a business that process them daily for work that has been done it is not good! This APP is for work that needs to be done and can not help you keep track of work that has been done! I work in an industry that I need to keep track of employees day to day activities to bill clients accordingly! This will not help you do so! I have also used another application from this company for Petty Cash that only allows you to record expenses. Pettey cash is about using and replacing there is no way with this companys app of doing so! Seems these apps are half thought through!
You and your guys need spend a little time to learn how to use it.But once you know how to use it ,it will save you a lot of time
Quite useful app. It looks very simple, but the projects are really organized well. I like the setting of priority:)
