Way too many tech glitches

I really like the set up of the app and working on an Mobile is super convenient and easy. However, there seems to be a major bug in the system every week or two. The latest one had the entire site down, both iOS and Windows, for an entire day. And this wasn’t the first time their system was down for more than a day. When running a busy clinic, this is a major problem. They are also slow in correcting smaller issues with the software as well. We’re switching to a different program simply because of these issues.

Glitches

The app tends to have more glitches and sometimes quite severe glitches after they update it. Currently, we are unable to perform billing because there is a large glitch from the last update. Highly recommend you consider this before signing on.

Glitchy!

I downloaded the update and now my appointments are getting wiped off the calendar and when I try to renter them they go to the wrong day. I keep missing patients, this is a nightmare.

AdvancedMD is a pain

No support Always charging surprise and additional fees Super taxing and cumbersome to update and customize workflows, documents, notes etc. I’m so disappointed.
