When using this app with a trackpad on the Mobile, where you click with the cursor actually does not correspond with where the app thinks you’re clicking. You end up playing that game of guessing where to click to get where you’re actually going to. Please fix this!
I own an Mobile Pro that is updated to iPadOS 15, and the app would not allow me to sign into my Microsoft account. But on this same Mobile I can sign into outlook and Microsoft office
As much as I want to love this app I CAN NOT STAND IT!! Trying to write a paper in Word is impossible. The cursor never goes where I need it to go. I will try to go back to a certain point to add more words in and the cursor is nowhere near where I need it to be. I have to close and reopen the app so many times, it’s impossible to get anything done. I will be looking for a new app to write papers in.

This program is super slow and laggy weather I use it on my Mobile, phone or at home. It literally takes about 5 minutes or more sometimes for it to load. Sometimes I can make changes and sometimes it does not allow me to. It’s also really slow once the program is loaded and I’m working on it. I’m paying for the service and it’s not cheap. I would expect better results if I’m paying for something so expensive specially from a company that’s been around for a while and supposed to be reputable.
