The slide bar just doesn't work for my normal size fingers. Impossible to set the exact weights. If you fly in high DA and need to know your W&B to the pound, stick to pen and paper.
It worked for a while on my Mobile 2, started having problems when I updated to ios8. Screen locks with bizarre COG value, renders Ap unusable. I deleted and started over with identical results. No response from several emails or facebook post.
This app is super helpful and great for pilots learning or instructing in Robinson Helicopters! Only thing is, on the next update: they should have a bladder tanks choice in case a person is flying a R44 with bladder tanks or no bladder tanks because a lot of R44's are starting to go more towards bladder tanks for safety! This will change CG slightly and is needed for such a great app. Bladder tanks choice please!
I give this 5 stars because it is so easy to use, and when you write the author he responds immediately with an answer to your question. I only suggest two things. 1. Allow user to change the lateral arm, every helicopter is different 2. Allow user to store helicopters into the system for quick and easy reference. Other than that the app has been great so far!
