Creating workouts

Won’t let me create workouts. It says to select exercise and save. But it will not let me select exercise. Otherwise no other glitches detected.

Simple and Practical

This application is very practical and adaptable to any plan. I particularly like that it gives the last workout’s reps, sets, and weight for each exercise. The only minor issue I noticed is that the timer stops working when you switch to another application.
