Annoying

I love that they have an online store so I can order my favorite art supplies, but the app is terrible to use, it constantly logs me out of my account, and it is difficult to search sometimes and it’s hard to get to certain menu’s. Almost would rather just drive 40 mins to the actual store. 😒

Don’t Bother

Every time you put things in your cart and leave it for more than 10 minutes, everything disappears. You’d think that a guy worth over 5 billion dollars could invest in a working app (and bar scanners in the store), but he has more important things to focus on like not offering health care that covers birth control.
