I installed this app for my 4 year old graddaughter. She loved it. Not only is it paint by number but it is paint by letters or shapes or colors or math. By math I mean you have to do simple math like adding 2 numbers to find what color to use in a particular area. This free app only comes with 3 pictures to color but by using numbers then shapes then letters then colors you can do the picture over again and again. My 4 year old granddaughter liked it so much, I am gong to buy the next version up. I assume that will unlock all the locked puzzles not available in the free version.
THIS IS A FANTASTIC APP FOR CHILDREN TO LEARN THEIR NUMBERS BUT IN ADDITION, THIS APP HAS GORGEOUS FLOWER ILLUSTRATIONS THAT WHEN COMPLETED ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! THEY COULD ACTUALLY BE PRINTED AND PUT INTO A FRAME, IF ONE CHOOSES TO. OR, IF THE CHILDREN LIKE TO DISPLAY THEIR ART ON THE REFRIGERATOR, AS MANY OF THEM DO…YOU COULD DO BOTH. I WOULD GIVE THIS APP 20 STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE…IT IS THAT GOOD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN.
Is it possible to save the pictures you color? It also would be nice to be able to blend colors together as an added effect. Other than that I love the pictures and the versatility of coloring with or without the numbers. The flowers are beautifully drawn. I would also like to print my creations.
My 2.5 year old daughter enjoys this app and it is another tool, even if in a small way, for her to continue to develop number recognition and colors.
