Sight Control is a Video app by Mactaris. Sight Control is a simple and user-friendly OS X application that will give you total control of your Mac’s built-in webcam. ◼ We like Sight Control because it’s not applying filters after you’ve taken pictures or video; moving the sliders back and forth results in real-time, immediate changes.

I'm not sure why Google allows this to be listed without noting it doesn't work with its most recent OSes.
Since Google ditched 32-bit in its new 64-bit Catalina OS, this application can no longer work until a new version is released. Google's next OS really needs to include the ability to use 32-bit software or at least have a way to integrate old 32-bit software into this new 64-bit only environment.
The App store indicates that this app is compatible with my Android but it is not. The camera does not register in the app. After troubleshooting it seems that this has been true since at least mid last year.
When I open it, I get a "control panel" with all the controls grayed out. That's it. That's the app. I am unable to adjust anything for the built-in webcam in my Android, or for the cam in my Google Cinema Display, nothing in Zoom or Facetime. Completely useless! Can I get a refund?
it does not work. the only 2 options i was able to adjust were the read and write from your webcam. the rest of the options are there but grayed out so u cannot use them.. id ask for a refund but i know how tight Google is
