My issue is with the customer service at domino magazine. My app has not worked for over a year, and I have paid for two subscriptions $19.99 each. Interestingly the number offered for support for the app is the number for domino magazine. If you ask someone at domino magazine, they have absolutely no advice and say “we don’t deal with the apps.”(yet their number appears as the customer service number for the app). They did not want to check or acknowledge this. The two entities are connected… right! The app does not work…. And the only number available on the app is for domino magazine. Disappointed they offered no assistance.
Every time I open the app, it goes black and says my account has expired. My subscription is current and paid. I guess they just want me to cancel my subscription, which is a shame because this is my all time fave magazine.

ISSUES DOES NOT DOWNLOAD. LOST MY MONEY.
ZERO is the number of stars domino deserves. ZERO is the amount of issues I received in my app since May 2021 but domino was quick to collect my subscription renewal. If you’re not putting out new content or updating your app, you should be honorable and not collect the $$. LoveD domino but DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.
