Useless app

I am unable to see any of my info for my current job (current pay stubs or any documents for that matter) because I was enrolled in Paychex from a previous job over 6 years ago??? How does that make sense. This app is completely useless.

Company of idiots

These people know nothing of IT, especially not about security. 45 minutes of trying to sign up, 8 emails, and 6 texts later and I am still not signed up because of their end not working right. Good luck trying to contact support because that portion of their site doesn’t work right either. I had to contact sales just to get my info to them. IDK how the app works, because I still can’t even set up my account on the web site through the link they emailed me. I had to start anew 6 times so far. These people are complete morons. Unfortunately, most people have no say if we deal with them or not, because it is your employer that chooses these incompetent bafoons.

Can’t see paystub til it hits

Would be nice if you updated this so we can see our paychecks before they hit our bank account like we use to. It’s not an administrative thing I have reached out. I have gone online to see if that’s the problem an it’s not any different. Would like to see it before it hits.

I am unable to view or even request for time off have told my office and they said they got in touch with Paychex and it’s fixed yet I still can’t plus can’t even see my PTO.
