It’s slow to load and when it does, it says it can’t connect. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Why don’t they make fixes?
Can’t access my thermostat while I am away from home. It’s now Saturday and their customer support phone only answers Monday through Saturday. Anyone interested in filing a class action?
The Lennox iComfort Thermostat last almost to the day that the warrantee runs out and then stopped connecting to my Android, Mobile, etc. Unbelievable!! Tried to contact Lennox and waited for one full hour before getting someone who apparently was clueless — in the middle of the conversation they cut me off. Worst HVAC experience EVER!!! NEVER AGAIN! What a terrible company. Their product is garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FIXED. They should not be able to sell their product as it is one frustration after another!!!
Downloaded app 10/31/22 after new thermostat installed. App has not worked yet. Called Lennox for help. Still not working. Their excuse is same as last time I called back in 2021…”you have a bad connection” and “we are updating our software so try again later”. FIRE YOUR SOFTWARE DESIGNERS because they gave you (and your customers) and inferior product.
I have had top of the line Lennox for 1 1/2 years. Good system with horrible app. This app has had problems from the beginning. Latest is it connects via cell but not on wifi. No support from Lennox
