1. Hemistim can be used as a visual stimulation of areas of the frontal, parietal, occipital, and temporal lobes hemispherically.

2. Double tap the screen with one finger to stop the target motion.

3. Choose among no motion, saccade, and pursuit by successive taps on the small target.

4. Drag the purple target with one finger to set the direction and length of its motion.

5. The new Saccades screen only displays target motion.

6. Exterior motion is indicated by purple arrows on the target and interior motion by white arrows.

7. Target motion is controlled by the tapping the small target to the right of the speed control.

8. Hemistim provides a visual stimulation through utilizing color patterns and eye tracking that can be used for specific left or right visual exercise.

9. Such usage may lead to improved hemispheric connectivity specific, targeted areas of the brain and its connections to the parietal/temporal or frontal cortices.

10. This gives the doctor the ability to work the frontal, parietal, occipital, and temporal lobes hemispherically.

11. Pursuit away from and saccade towards the alternating squares are initiated by the ipsilateral (same side) parietal and frontal cortex, respectively.

Stop working.

Great app, but it stop working all the sudden and I don’t know who to contact to fix it.

Stopped working in iOS12

I was using this app for therapy. It was working very well and I really enjoyed using it to help me with the vestibular issue I have. When my Mobile updated with iOS 12 it stopped working completely. I can’t find any way to contact the company to see if there is a fix for this.

Fantastic brain tool.

I've always been a big fan of the hemistim concept and taking it to tablets and phones is brilliant. Now I can have my patients download the app for little cost and have them take their therapy with them wherever they go. It would be good to add one sentence to the description about just rotating the display to change from vertical to horizontal saccades. Took me a few minutes to figure that one out. I hope we see diagonally moving targets in an update soon and the option for pure saccades w/o pursuits would be nice too.
