Meh... there appears to be no option to do screen capture directly, and no instructions on how to hide the controls while doing a screen recording. How is this useful to me?? Also, it is really annoying that the app is trying to get me to buy the filter pack without telling me the price, when I’m simply attempting to do a preview. This is sneaky and underhanded way of trying to force people to buy stuff.
This app is just that, a good app. It does a really great job with the kaleidoscope effects as well as the ability to move, spin and record your image. It may just be me but I have some annoyances with the app in just a few hours of owning it. For one, the pre-set “filter” is instantly turned back one after every lens switch, having you to double tap on the screen every single time. Yes, it’s not that hard to do, but it would be nice if the app just had a setting were the “filter” was just turned off. Second, along with the “filter” there is also a vignette that surrounds the lenses, and that you can not get rid of. For $1.99 this app will do its job and get you the kaleidoscope effects you are looking for.
Really love the results turning any photo into a beautiful kaleidoscope.
