I ordered printed pictures at the ending part of May, got a tracking saying that I should receive it by June 2,2022, Every time I check the tracking it always moves the days up, we’ll this is July 10th and still haven’t received my pictures…. I was also Charged already but still haven’t received it yet. Why does it take that long to ship it out. This has never happed before. I ordered the tile pictures about a week after and that came in no time. Please look into this matter, it’s a little. Pictures were suppose to be for a collouge which was already do and did’nt receive

I have had a wonderful experience using this app in the last two years almost. Unfortunately I have been charged and never refunded for the shipping cost at least, on 69 photos I have asked for a reprint on because I never received them. I understand that once they ship, giving it time beyond the estimated date is to be expected. But two more weeks and a month later is hella patience on waiting. So being refunded for my shipping I was charged for on the first original order should not take me a month to get back if it were even an option. Since I never received the photos after using this app for a little over a year with no problems unit now. Overall it’s a great app with today’s inflation on so much of our spending.

I am simply trying to order magnets and cannot - the app s offering no magnet option? Please advise!
