Scoring is inconsistent

The scoring is inconsistent. Sometimes the game won’t award your bonus points for percentage of the board cleared. This causes you to loose the game. Ex: being 100 away from the goal score with 100% of the board cleared and I don’t get the bonus causes me to loose the game. Sometimes it does this sometimes it doesn’t.
