SOAP Notes for Android

There are a couple of problems I’ve been dealing with on the app: namely, I can’t seem to delete documents or patient files. I have repeatedly written to the support email but have received no response. I don’t know what’s going on. They used to be on top of things. I hope things will change in that regard.

Every time I click “export” for under documents it just closes out. I need to be able to export clients intake forms. Please fix this with an update

As far as what I used I like the app, but it let me begin using it complete with three visits then all of the sudden prompted for a subscription to do anything. Thanks for wasting my time. 🙄

This is one of those app developers who really listens and implements change requests. And quickly. I recently migrated from doing my clinical notes on a PC with Word and Excel, to now doing it on my Mobile Pro. This is a very powerful app for creating my notes. I can tailor the settings to meet my needs, for example, you can call your patients “patient” or “client,” and it remembers your settings. This app speeds up my reporting process, and they’re developing more features all the time.
