They haven’t fixed the game

I LOVED this game. Loved it. It broke my heart when today it said I had progress saved through my Facebook, so I felt safe deleting the app to try and fix a stupid game breaking bug (where the videos wouldn’t play so when they popped up I had to quit the app and reload it). I sent support two messages and if they fix my progress, I will rate this 5/5 and not have a broken heart. I worked so hard and this ISN’T the first time this has happened. But OMG if it doesn’t hurt my heart so so much.
