I’m done this thing is just junk. Firmware update is frozen for hours, Deleting the app doesn’t rest where it got stuck on.

I have had my WeMo switches for a long time now. I have WeMo switches, plugs, and dimmers in my home. They work great and are reliable. There has been a few issues with bugs in the past but those have seemed to be worked out. This app is simple and easy to use. Might update to 5 star if the bugs stay away. Love the auto off feature that lets you automatically turn things off after they have been on for x amount of time. That saves money because people always are forgetting to turn stuff off (including me). Thanks Wemo!
Constant resets. Have to move my furniture which is what I was trying to prevent with these devices. I’ve had both generations of plugs. Take forever for the software to recognize and I bought 5 devices at once. Then when the next version came out bought them because I got HomeKit and had to spend more money for them to not work. I just changed my router and now none of them are working again. I’d give zero if I could. Also can never get a hold of anyone to help.
I have 3 light switches I tried figure out for 3 hours. 3 switches will not connect to Wi-Fi. I did reset 10 times and app crash few times. I have those for 2 years no problem then all house power shut down and all my info router gone I have no idea what’s going on. I had to start over. I’m so furious. They keep back turn on light it will not stay turn off during on day.
