What happened to the app? I loved using it for my first two kids and my first grade students. It must be abandoned. :( The App Store needs to cancel it as no one is managing it. It will, however take money for subscriptions. SMH. I’m sad to see it go and wish someone would take over. I have two other kiddos who would benefit greatly from it.
Some of the games are fine, then stop working. But the monthly subscription is a scam. I’ve been trying to cancel it for months and it won’t stop charging me. Going to contact the credit card company
We have been going back and forth with support for 2+ years now due to inability to launch or play app. Late in 2021 we got an email that stated they had developed a new app, and re-activated our membership. Even with app version 5.0, you still cannot login or launch the app; it crash closes almost immediately. Very disappointing. 😒
I just reinstalled the app after a few years and now it won't open. It crashes every time I try to open it. My Mobile is still compatible...help!
This app hasnt been updated in years and yet the are collecting money from subscribers and make it impossible to cancel. Need to report them to the regulators!
