Quilters World by Annie's

I purchased this magazine as a digital mag for my Mobile. Love the mag however all the templates for which you need to make a quilt are not available. Next to each template or pattern it states "web extra" click here, you do and it takes you to Annie's and you are to type in your email address. Does not work. I have called Annie's twice and their response is sorry we have no record of you perhaps it is the apps fault. I have other quilt mags Fons & porter quilts McCalls do not have a problem with any of them. Don't buy if you plan on making any quilts unless you just want to browse the mag. Judy
