When I read the paper news in print and want to share something with a friend, it’s infuriating that I can’t find it. Not by section. Not by title. Not by keywords. This is stupid and ineffective. Additionally, when I don’t receive the physical paper and I call to report a delivery problem, I’m informed that I can access the paper online or through the app. Clearly they don’t know that is not an efficient solution. Technology can be a blessing and a curse. The daily news should get on the ball and fix these problems.
Despite home delivery subscription seven days a week, I am constantly being locked out of the app and told I don’t have a subscription.
Old formatting was ideal, gives us the option please!!!
