Unusable due to language barrier

I’m a native English speaking person. I am also fluent with Dutch. I have some skill with French. I have no skill with Mandarin, nor Japanese/Kanji. My Android language settings do not include any that I don’t have some skill with. This app comes up displaying in Chinese or Kanji and I cannot find any way to switch it to English. Maybe I could use this if it started using the default language in my iOS settings. Until then — I give it a zero rating. Unusable. The support site comes up the same way. I can’t make any sense of the page to submit a support request. If you don’t read Kanji don’t bother with this app. 2020-January-06
