The clothes are a lot more expensive than they used to be, the points system is experiencing severe inflation (and the points expire too), you can’t use your points credit at the same time as a discount code, which is bizarre and makes discount points worthless, and it’s now $4 PER ITEM to return. The number of points needed to waive return fees has doubled and now it only covers 3 items. However! If you know what you want and you’re not going to return stuff, there are great deals to be found still. And I respect the effort put in to be environmentally friendly and resell clothes on a large scale. But with those fees I’ll stick to eBay
I stopped buying items not measured. Even with brands I’m familiar with,because I don’t agree we can go buy that.
The belts. Can you please Measure the length and width of the belts? So far I have 8 belts and I can’t use 4 of them. S/M/L sizing doesn’t work and it’s annoying. The picture doesn’t accurately show width. Of course none of them are returnable. Other than that, I love it.
