Misled bait and switch

Used parkhero for the first time and was told by the vendor I needed a card. I paid and contacted customer support for assistance. They responded and said they would refund the amount since it wasn’t accepted at the vendor. They said that over 6 weeks ago. Emailed twice for a follow up and received radio silence. App and platform are a good idea but customer experience is 0/10. 1 star because it basically just helped me find a garage like any maps app could do. Unfortunate, since it could be only one repin-between vacations or a new employee but regardless for the customer experience, it’s been poor.

I like all the features except there is not complete info on the parking until you book the reservation. Something like in and out privileges should be known before booking.

Parking in Baltimore is challenging but waiting somewhere in the city until the exact time of you reservation is not practical. We arrived 15 minutes early but could not get in until the exact time we signed up for. We were not sure about where we were going and Baltimore traffic is unpredictable. We tried to edit our reservation on the way but it said there was no availability. In the end it only saved us $1.50 but we were so stressed out. It would be better if you could arrive early and pay for the extra time. We did call but were told we could not enter until the exact time. The code doesn’t activate earlier than you time.
