Pitiful

To manage the parental controls it takes you out of the app to your browser to their web page, they should be embarrassed how crude unintuitive and pathetic this is

Terrible UI

Followed the instructions , connected my extender to my network via ethernet, connected to my wifi on my phone, reopened the app and clicked “next”, and it just takes you back to the sign in page. So annoying

Not impressed

This “genie” needs to go back in its bottle & thrown on the ocean. I cannot even get past the login screen. After typing my password & hitting next it goes right back to the previous screen. I reset my password (even though I knew it was correct) & it still will not proceed. Thank God I didn’t have to pay for this.

App is no longer able to connect to Model C6300 AC1750

Come on Netgear…after going through the community online and what appear to be a loop of download this/try this and still the same “no solution” Customers with model C6300 AC1750 (and others I’m sure) this application is not connecting to the router. Online kept seeing download Nighthawk but come to find out Nighthawk doesn’t support our model. So we’re told to try a new app that doesn’t support our devices. Myself I’m on the network hardwired and wifi yet this App still says I need to connect to the network. Also routerlogin.net/.com…etc only routes me to MyNetgearAccount and not my specific router to check speed, connections, or even change my admin password. Again I’m connected wifi on my phone, Mobile and my personal Android laptop. I’m hardwired via my work PC laptop and still not able to access my C6300 AC1750 modem router via that app as I was able to 6 months ago.
