...deleting and downloading the app again. No offline reading and portrait mode for pictures that span two pages. The ZINIO version was much better, should’ve gone back to them.
I have subscribed to this magazine for years with no problem. But as if January 2017, I have been unable to access any issues. I wrote to them in January, February, and now March and they just keep telling me their servers are down and they do not know when they will be restored. They keep telling me yo be patient but three months is absurd. This is fraud, plain and simple. Either refund our money or give us what we paid for! This is ridiculous!!
I am very displeased with Honolulu Magazine as I am unable to read the digital issues I subscribed to. If this is not fixed soon (was told last month it would be fixed within a week but still not working) then I will cancel my subscription. PLEASE FIX THE APP!
UPDATE: Still can not get Jan. 2017 would love a refund for the last three issues I will not be able to read!! I have had this subscription for a couple years and all of a sudden I haven't been able to download the January issue for the last few weeks. I have gone through the Google steps and contacted the magazine directly with no resolution. I found the most recent subscription and clicked report a problem (to Google) & that leads to an error message from Google. I have the subscription through March 2017 but it appears I will never get to see those three issues! Unsatisfied customer!
