I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have spent many hours on the line with tech support. Nothing has been sufficient to get this app working again. The most frustrating thing about this situation is Sprint has no real solutions outside of informing me that I should “contact Sprint tech support; they should be able to assist you.”
Went to store to upgrade phone. “We don’t carry that phone here. You have to go online” Which means that with “free overnight “ I cannot get the phone for 4 days. I would give a minus 4 stars if I could.

Since when do you need to have your license scanned to prove your phone is yours? It wasn’t needed when it was purchased. So face reconciliation and codes as well as passwords are no longer needed? My phone only works half the time and I feel I’m being forced to upgrade my Android in order to get the service I for for. Makes no sense.
