Super Easy to use "opacity" and super-impose over video.
No support anywhere. I already have sound, just need a video that is silent. Cant seem to export the video and turn off the music that comes in on the video. Waste of my time and money. So instead of having some type of customer support for your product I get a rude comment and an insult like this: Dear Ellis, Mosa Motion Graphics LLC responded to your review of Clips FX for iMovie Clips FX for iMovie Mosa Motion Graphics LLC "Hi, The app store description painstakenly instructs iMovie users on how to eliminate the clip audio, so that needless complaining like this never happens. We know that a lot of people are new at editing video, that's why that information is in the App Store. Reading is never mandatory, but certainly helps:)" Actually a company that cares about finding out what the people who buy their products need when they have a problem is what helps. To ad insult to an already unsatisfied customer and use a condescending, smug attempt to dismiss that paying customer and their ability to read is what helps companies go out of business, needless to say. So in a few months, if you are still in business or employed you can write another rude comment suggesting that the people who could have been paying your bills cannot read or articulate or reason on your supreme level of understanding. Being available to your customers when they have a problem with your product is never mandatory, but it certainly helps you stay employed:) The only “painstaking” element of this product is the lack of customer support and the contempt this company and their people have for the customers who buy their products.
I’m running Sierra 10.12.6 and these helpful clips worked great for a few days. I use chroma key for many projects at work. After a few days, won’t open. Endless spinning color wheel. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Nothing. Badly needs updating or refund to myself and the other customers stuck with an unusable app. Google needs to pull this app and ban developer.
The program crashes every time I open it. What a waste of money.
