I had a full years worth of Quilting Arts Magazine stored in my Library on my Mobile. QA changed something in the App and now I no longer have access to my magazines. I am able to access the current issue only. Not Happy

This is one of my favorite magazines.not any more. The latest issue does not load.
I am having the same problem that other reviewers have described: no content and no help. I’ve followed the directions, submitted help requests, and nothing. I would like either my magazines or my money back.
I HATE what you have done to this app. I’ve been a subscriber for years print and digital. Losing issues that I’ve paid for is beyond frustrating! Don’t tell me about the “restore” function it’s not functional after repeated attempts following your bogus instructions. If you can’t get it right take it off the market and send us the print copies. I WILL NOT renew the digital subscription and may just buy it on the newsstand when I’m inclined to read it again. Very sad! This used to be a real treat!
