Can’t login

Don’t bother downloading the app. You’ll be prompted to create an account. Once you create the account, you can’t even login. I’ve tried several times to reset it. It just doesn’t work.

Ça ne marche pas

Très bonne idée d’app. Dommage que la possibilité de racheter son passe navigo ne marche qu’une fois sur 10. Pas vraiment fiable.

Recharger Navigo inutilisable sur iPhone

J’ai un iPhone 11 sur iOS 13.5; et la fonctionnalité de recharger la Navigo depuis le NFC De l’iPhone n’est pas disponible (il s’affiche le message: Service pas disponible sur cet iPhone)

Can’t buy your ticket in the app

Certainly a great app but is missing THE function you would expect: buying your ticket in the app. It displays the price of the ticket and where is the “buy” button? Nowhere. Do you have a pass Navigo? You would expect the app (which has the name Navigo in it!) to host your pass... Nope. #Fail
