I’ve purchased other magazine apps with no issues. This is difficult to access and doesn’t even have the current issue. If you sign in or subscribe using the website, you cannot access the digital subscription from the app. It says “You are already a subscriber,” then proceeds to block you from content. Super frustrating.
The user interface is a bit clunky, and I can’t get rid of the blue banners at the top and bottom while viewing the content. May be user error.
I have missed February’s please
I had just subscribed to house beautiful and have a receipt. It said to get the app and sign in with the email address and zip code that had been used in the purchase. I did that. It said mine wasn’t valid. I beg to differ. App or something needs work.
