Gisteren heb ik mijn nieuw nummer geactiveerd. Bellen gaat meteen 5-star service. Vandaag probeer ik mobiele data. In alle andere landen (ik woon in Dubai) werkt alles meteen. Niet met Proximus! Of misschien niet in België als geheel. Om je mobiel internet in te stellen heb je data nodig. De kwestie van de kip en het ei. Je krijgt geen uitleg in de Proximus shop. Ik maak een MyProximus account aan. Nog steeds geen internet. Nu moet je het waarschijnlijk nog zelf handmatig activeren ook. Dat moet je dan maar zelf uitzoeken. Waar is de prompt die alles heel gemakkelijk maakt? Komaan zeg. Wees eens wat klant vriendelijk!! We zijn nu een paar maand later. Het werkt nog steeds niet. My Proximus geeft stressen foutboodschap “oops er is een fout opgetreden. Probeer later opnieuw” Na veel proberen geraak ik er toch door en wil betalen.Daarvoor heb je de code generator van de bank nodig. Dat ligt in Dubai! De bank is zo vriendelijk om er nog eentje mee te geven. Vandaag probeer ik nogmaals en krijg ik helemaal GEEN toegang tot My Proximus! Als het tegen morgen niet werkt, stap ik over naar de concurrentie. Zeker weten
The wait time is very long for customer service. Wait time is no less than 40 minutes. Also have to type a long customer number, not like it’s something to memorize. Everything is online, so the internet isn’t reliable and difficult to get the info with no internet . All together the worst internet service, but I haven’t tried the other service. I think I will, couldn’t be worse.
Everyday I experience intermittent service fore no reason. Devices drop of of the WiFi Connection fore no apparent reason and the connection in my apartment is awful. Realistically, for a service provider in a top tier nation the company should be ashamed. However, the staff at your call centers always does strive to get to the root cause of a problem so your company does have some good qualities to be admired. But realistically your product does need improvement…
It’s full of bugs and unwanted messages (why do I need to accept cookies in an app?). Very difficult to configure (at least 3 codes necessary + use of a captcha = overkill) just to link your account. You get more support by calling the customer center - when available. Have fun.
