Trying to work it

I had this app years ago on another phone and i recently downloaded it again to regain my pictures and it won’t restore my old pictures. I can’t remember if i had the same Google id back then but I’m really upset bc i don’t have access to that phone anymore and was hoping to regain the pictures with my husband when we first started dating 💔

This App works too bad!It is not supposed to be in the App!While I am using,First,I lost a lot of my pictures but it still shows me the right numbers of pictures;Then I tried many time to contact the customer service,but they respond very rude and useless;The third reason is because this App takes a lot of space of my phone;and the last when I want to change my phone to another one,it is complicated to remove all my pictures to the new one,I can't download the same App to my new Android to keep the pictures! I am so annoying that I have chosen to use this App!
