Incorrect info

First time we use it and none of the prices are correct. Drove 10 miles off the interstate for cheaper gas and it was 20 cents more than the app said. Went in and asked about it and they had no idea why it would show the cheaper price.

Horrible database

This is so outdated they don’t even have the right names for the businesses or which have car washes. Went to two different locations and one was a completely different business name and didn’t accept wex cards while the other wasn’t even a gas station anymore. Useless

Support staff a major fail

This app was working fine for over five years. Then it stopped working suddenly. It lost all my favorites and the locater services were not working. They do not have support for the application. I had to try to contact them through there fleet website. It took three attempts to reach someone. When I did, they wanted to know what my account number and business was. Then they sent me a PDF file of how to use the app. I think I already know how to use the app. You just can’t use it when it’s broken. They have no support for the application whatsoever. A few years after this review, It happened again. Years of building favorites and now they’re gone. Still no support. (6-6-22)
