First off, I don’t write a review unless something really blows my skirt up. This app did that. This app has what I’ve been looking for, which is an app that lets me custom design interval training with rest that is simple to use and simple to track on my Google Watch. Nike+ didn’t have it, Couch to 5K didn’t have it and the Google fitness app didn’t have it. This app has it. You can create your own work out. You can cut, copy, and paste so you can duplicate a work out with changes. I created a running/jogging program with a warm-up and cooldown, as well as running and rest periods all in the program. All I have to do is click start. Genius.
Why did the size of the font change? Why is the voice different? Is is softer?
After the update the custom timers wont sync on the Google Watch and also once you’re on a timer, you no longer can long press to be able to stop the time and go back to the main screen on the watch. 😤
I use this app to coach other people through their workouts and I can’t figure out a way to use this app without it writing data to my activity app. Every time I run through an interval, it thinks I’m working out and messes up the accuracy of my rings. I unclicked all the boxes about data/health permissions but it’s still writes data as exercise minutes. Might not be a big deal to most, but I like seeing the work I’m actually doing on my Google Watch/activity app.
