Reported stolen goods several times over the past 2 months and nothing is ever done.
It is not letting text people regarding items, I am extremely disappointed I been seeing great deals and are unable to message them due to my messages aren’t going through love
This app needs to program an algorithm that checks with seller after item is posted for two weeks and every two weeks again to get a response within a week. If no response, item is removed. If seller wants item posted after it’s deleted, they can post listing as new and start over. This will eliminate all the items that have sold months ago cluttering up the site/app. Until this is added this site will not compete with other competitors sites.
This app is so great for giving things away locally. I love that messages stay in the app! But if I want someone to send an item from far away to me, or to send an item far away to someone else, it doesn’t seem to work.The shipping seems to be an option, when payment is submitted, the transaction is canceled. I tried to contact people on the app privately, before posting a review like this. But I could not find someone to communicate with about this issue. On an app where shipping is an option, please make it available to actually use! Please accept payments and generate shipping labels as needed!
With all the glitches that can happen from time to time… offerup is on top of it. Downfalls when posting designer items… I have had my items flagged down for me not even mentioning the designer name or logo but just saying designer…
