Authenticate

I had to renew my library card so I was locked out. I did go to library for update in system. It’s been 4 days and it will not authenticate. I called the library and there’s no problem on their side. What should I do? I have deleted and reinstalled but yo no avail. Otherwise I love this app. Please help

Two thumbs way down.

I am so confused by this app. Everytime I close it my books disappear or It goes back to the beginning of the chapter. Super glitchy. Currently looking for an alternative. Missing Audible at the moment.
