This app is not user friendly. Very expensive.

I think, 3.3 ratings is a lot more for this app. I have to login every single time to check my profile. From recent times, new issues with app like I cannot see anyone’s photo in my accepted list and pending list. I do not want any response from developer regarding this. I’m not sharing any screenshots or providing any details. I’m really not interested in that. You are bunch of scammers, stay away from me. More than asking me to share details. Try to fix your app or website, it’s slow and unresponsive all the time. If you sign up, then you receive million calls in a day asking for feedback or membership. Once you pay for it. You’re completely done, they don’t care if you exists or not. Their membership is all a joke. Unlimited messages or chats, that is definitely not true. Don’t waste your money, time and dignity that you’ve left.

I had 6 months gold plan since April, 2022 for 4100Rs but very few interested accepted and received and that too after contacted most of them didn’t work because of multiple reason like horoscope, location preference though I mentioned everything in profile and suddenly started receiving some interest at the time of expiry of my plan and thought to renew it but seems like they increased too much from total amount of 4100Rs to 6500Rs for plan + 18% GST…. They simply looting people money and they got nerve of the people that people won’t go anywhere and they think that we don’t have other options except paying for plan… When I had chat with an agent he didn’t give me quote until I gave my ID and I told I will give it later then he said offers will change ID to ID so I really didn’t understand how they give different quote when people are in same country…. I can understand price may differ country to country but how can be different within the same country …. I am sure this people looting our money …how prices increase 3500Rs within short span of 6 months … very bad experience … when I told agent I would like to have same plan for same price then he simply said he is working since 5 years and he never saw that kind of plan with that price and she told to check my history how much I paid last time then no response from then… Beware of these frauds

Please don’t waste your time and money. Always there will be some kind of block for sending interest ( WHO HAS TIME TO SEND 500 MESSAGES EVERY WEEK) they will give this kind of reasons and blocked for paid member! because they will try to make you pay again some extra packages fee and top of it you are going to get calls in midnight o my God.

I see about 50% are fake profiles! I can give almost 100 fake profiles right now! But none of the reported profile was blocked by BM and are still active…. BM is not blocking it! So please be advised!!! Don’t become member right away after your interest gets approved… it might be a fake profile… I believe it is been created by Bharath Matrimony to lure the people into trap by becoming premium member! Which they will delete after few days of you becoming the premium member! Please don’t fall into trap from BM!!! Check the profile and their name and do a google search, just to make sure those are genuine profile! And don’t never ever believe Cambodia profiles as they are 100% fake and created by Bharath Matrimony!!! I suspect this BM people( inside or who work for BM) are creating lot of fake profile across all languages, as I am using it for almost 2+years now! And know more about fake profiles then anyone! If you truly interested in the new profile after sending an interest wait for 2weeks or more to get your premium as there are lots of fake profiles in BM, roughly around 30% are fake profiles, and moreover if we report it no actions are taken from the BM, and never ever go for any services they provide it is worst! Which you will know after paying them!!! They won’t even reply once you paid them, and if any other profile reaches to the profile they don’t even reply, thinking they own it, and worst app with lots of bugs after every update. I would rate this - minus as this app is still in 20century. Lots of things need to get updated. I am an genuine candidate and would recommend other app like Jeevansathi( even they have other but atleast app is stable and user friendly), and even if the app asks for rating if you rate 1 star then it gets hung which means they already planned for how to do it. I would never recommend BM to anyone until all the fake profiles are removed! The application is slow and most of the it doesn’t work as it suppose to. Sometime can’t load, notifications doesn’t work, a search doesn’t load right and after search if we move down it keeps on loosing most of the time. And on every update some or something break!! Looks like no proper testing is done before releasing the update!! And at last most of the time if I open the app at first I see white screen! Latest update :09/23/2022- 0 star! Zero star! Too many fake profiles, thinking it might be from the inside BM itself, even after reporting nothing is taken care off! Same profile exist on different languages!!!! Be aware of fake profiles! Don’t opt for membership right away, wait for 2weeks of the internet of your profile and then become the premium member only if the member exits! Honestly speak for every new update there is an issues of some of functionality and doing upgrade of the software is worst! No stable app!!! It is still in 90’s! Other matrimony sites are much better then this! BM services is worst then all!
