I never heard of it until I saw in Privacy settings that it was requesting and had “green dot” for all sorts of stuff that I obviously never granted because I never heard of it before & had to Google it to find out what it was. I certainly never downlaoded it myself. I will delete it as soon as I submit this review.
Seven weeks of trying to get this app to work on a video visit with a loved one... no help from the DOC or poly com. Google, please delete this app because there is no support for “guest” accounts. I mean the dep of corrections has the license key and they would have to surrender this to the users to in turn give it to customer support in order to help you. And you know that is never going to happen. Doc. Is of no useful help. Contact your corrupt pa gov to change the way they do video visits, This is heart breaking!
I don’t see my bad review I made about this app no more or the millions of other most recent reviews. I’m surprised this app even exists it’s horrible. It hangs up non stop and freezes it looks like a dated app from the 1980’s please do something about this app instead of erasing or hiding people’s reviews
