The app hasn’t worked properly since transitioning to a Google account. It keeps logging me out and saying there’s an error logging in, making the app unreliable at best but mostly unusable, as I can’t control the temperature from my phone. When I’m at home, that’s fine, because I can go to the thermostat, but when I’m away it’s problematic because the Nest auto adjusts to temps that I can’t regulate or keep an eye on to make sure the house is it safe temps for our dog.
Ridiculously complex. Our heating vendor tried to warn us. Husband just spent 3 hours going they it all- thought we’d addressed it- then heat fired up again! Aargh!! Torture
