Update: I deleted and reinstalled the app and that resolved this issue. Since the last update, I’m no longer able to save any new cards. Please fix this, as the app is no longer usable
Atlassian bought Trello a few years ago. Their business model is to buy good software and then destroy it — because they’re completely incapable at managing and building software. They’ve done that here. The Trello app almost never opens anymore. You just see a blue screen that says “we’ve got some housecleaning to do“. No kidding, Atlassian, you really do. UPDATE: we just learned that Atlassian disabled Custom Fields functionality from copied boards WITHOUT informing us. Had serious impacts on our business process. The solution? Upgrade and pay more. What an awful company. Stay away.
Downloaded app and it opens and just sets there on the splash screen. WiFi or not it didn’t work🤔. We had four different people try to download and use the app. All 4 did the same thing, which was nothing. UPDATE; a new release fixed it. We use Trello to track task on our projects. It is very cool. I only wish the app would remember my filters. While I am not on every task I have scroll through about 70 cards to find me. I filter, but when I reopen the app I have to reset my filters.
I depend on this app several times a day at least, but for the last week or so, every single time I add a new card to a board, it immediately disappears as it animates shooting off of the screen. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was hopeful that this would be patched quickly, but here I am, a week later, and am left with my hands tied waiting for a fix. VERY frustrating when this is something I depend on so heavily. PLEASE FIX THIS UPDATE (7/8/22): I updated the app and was still seeing the bug. After deleting and reinstalling the app now, everything is working again! Thank you so much for your support
