The app has suddenly stopped functioning properly since the beginning of July 2017. The August issue doesn't even display on the main screen -even though I have a subscription from within the app. I have tried everything, to no avail. I have reported this to customer service - still no real answer after 3 days. I can't be the only person who has complained... It's a pity that such a good magazine has such an unreliable app.
The issues are always delayed in release. It is end of July and the August issue is still not out. Horrible
I love this magazine,and have been reading it since the 1960's when it was Harpers and Queen. When it became harder to find the print addition, I found I could download to my Mobile. It tajes FOREVER to download. I have now paid for the March 2017 issue and it will not download. Why? I am able download Vogue and Tatler, what gives?
Love it when it does download years later!
