Can not get tune to load!

Called and was told by automated message that it was a 2hr wait! How do they still sell these! Wish I had done some research!

Vehicle weight

It won’t let me change my vehicle Weight, please fix, and it’s not giving me accurate horsepower and torque numbers

Derive app is horrible as is this

I have the x4 tuner not sure at this point of tuner is just a horrible unit itself or if the only apps available to run it are the problem but I can’t get it to connect to any of my iPhones or Mobile. It works fine on computer but I can’t drag my pc out to the car . The derive app o can’t even locate to add to my phone e to see if it will work there. It this app doesn’t do anything . Waste of money and never will get another

Needs updates

App shuts down every time gives me hell to connect the device and every time it fines a code unable to see the code apl just freezes over you have to close it to be able to work with it again app really needs an update completely put of date and issues still pending on app.

App crashes

Whenever I try to view saved data files, the app crashes. Tuning feature works great, but sometimes the phone doesn’t connect to the tuner and I have to forget it on the Bluetooth menu and reconnect it
