The game is great! The ads are disgusting.
I couldn’t even play 5 mins without it crashing. It crashed 4 times in a row within seconds before it left me play less than 5 mins and then crashed again. What a waste of time.
Best Kakuro app & worth the price not to have commercials. Played all 600 extreme levels, so challenging I cleared my scores so I could work them again.
I love the app, there are so many puzzles and the ads are not overbearing. The one concerning thing and I can’t wrap my finger around is why it needs access to the clipboard. I’d recommend going into the settings and denying it, since there appears to be no in-game reason for it. I’d personally like to know how the app uses clipboard data.
Updated (see []). Kakuro is one of my favorites so I’m picky. This implementation is well done. I can’t quite consider it a 5 star for a minor but somewhat annoying reason - the number keys are rather small so I hit the wrong number a lot. I believe there is room to make them slightly bigger. This just isn’t a reason for me to mark it a 4 however, so I rated a 5. I’m hoping the keys can be made larger. The ads are handled well and are not too obtrusive [change that- they get obtrusive. If I turn off sound so I can play discretely, the ads should not blast out in high volume between every game with clown-like music. So now I’ll decide if I can live with the small keys and purchase the ad-free version cause I can’t live with the blasting ads.] I do like to support a great developer anyway.
