Resizing windows is just a tiny bit annoying and the green button on Android windows doesn't just full-screen something, that thing just completely takes over. Enter Window Tidy. Not just for full screen expansion... when you need a quick way to see everything in a window and get it out from under a notification pop-up you're not ready to dismiss, create a "3/4" layout and volia! Back to full screen like magic. Absolutely one of those little things you don't know you need until you can't get enough of it. It's such a natural extention of the UX I forget not every Android has it installed. But they should.
